Payment Information for Spring 2012 Credit Academic Classes:

Spring quarter credit class tuition and fees may be deferred until March 8, 2012. Spring quarter begins on Monday, April 2, 2012.


REFUNDS: A $7.00 administrative processing fee is deducted from all refunds of cash, check, or credit/debit card payments.

Refunds will be made by check if payment was received by cash or check.

Refunds will be made to credit/debit card if payment was received by credit/debit card.


Payment Methods:

If your tuition and fees are being paid by someone OTHER THAN YOU, please complete an Authorization to Release Financial Information form and return it to the Cashiers' Office. This authorizes the release of necessary information to the person paying your outstanding balance.

The Tuition Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) allows full-time students to pay for their college education in three installments, interest free. The plan is available for fall, winter, and spring quarters and covers tuition and class fees only. TIPP is not available for summer quarter. Note: Tuition installment payments cannot be made online. Follow this link for more information about TIPP.

Payment may be made online using a debit card, VISA, or MasterCard.

Payment may also be made by mailing a check or money order. Remember to allow plenty of time for the college to receive and process your payment when paying credit class tuition and fees prior to the deferred payment deadline.

Payment may be made in person at the Cashiers' Office located in the Max Snyder Building (Bldg. 50) using cash, check, money order, debit card, VISA, or MasterCard.

Payment may be left in the Payment Drop Box after the Cashiers' Office's regular business hours or during busy payment due dates. The Payment Drop Box is located to the right of the main south entrance door of the Max Snyder Building, Building 50. No cash please.

Payment Information for Continuing Education and Noncredit Classes:

Payment for Web registration into continuing education/noncredit classes requires payment within the same day. Students who have not cleared financially will be dropped from classes the following day. Follow this link for additional continuing education/noncredit payment information.
